While the rest of Socal was rocking and rolling due to a series of earthquakes, two of which are the strongest in the area in last 20 years... for a few minutes, the Happiest Place on earth suddenly became the Saddiest (yes the saddest).
Not because of the usual long lines and the pricey entrance tickets, parking, and food and drinks. But because of a sad "incident" which took place inside Disneyland that took almost 5 minutes before Disneyland personnel were able to arrive and de-escalate the situation. The only good thing was that is could have been a lot worse if not for a handful of heroes who intervened before "real help" got there.
I almost shed a tear watching the people involved who were "showing off" how tough they were to horrified women and children all around them who thought they bought expensive tickets to the "Happiest Place on Earth"
